We use health conscious, local, and ethically sourced ingredients in as many recipes as possible.

Organic sugar,  cage free eggs, and dairy products from Hatcher Farms are important to making our sweets delicious, healthy, and sustainable.

It's a family tradition

We use recipes that have been handed down through our family's generations of southern cooks and bakers. Some of our fondest family memories were formed in the kitchen, trying out new recipes and making those little changes that make our desserts so special.

We believe in giving back

Without the love and support of the Nashville community, we wouldn't be where we are today.  We donate a portion of our proceeds to charities and the arts that are doing great work to help this city.
